FRGMENTS is both an audiovisual live performance and an autonomous installation showing the permanent disruption of a continuous sound & visual flow.
FRGMENTS is a real-time programmed system that displays pre-shooted video footage and then, assemble it again, sort it, cut it time-wise (scrambled playing order, unexpected time loops) and space-wise (fragmentation of the video matrix itself, unexpected collage of part of videos). It is inspired by the cut-up concept/technique, created by Brion Gysin and deeply applied, especially, by William S. Burroughs, but also by Tristan Tzara and his folding techniques.
This FRGMENTS audiovisual album release is a studio recorded version of the live performance in which sound and visuals have been captured directly from the underlying computer system.
This release belongs to a new audiovisual series dedicated to the promotion of video art.

Pure algorithmic concentration music. The cover is so unassuming, don't be misled. Hard to pry yourself away from after a minute. A severely reduced set of sounds, yet always changing and fascinating. tr_🇺🇦
Super-dymanic experimental modular synth works that are dead set amazing. No drones or layers, just a pointillist explosion of relentless crazy synth sounds. Like a rat got caught inside a malfunctioning pinball machine. Rad!! Super Super Sounds
